1, Responsible for comprehensive risk management within the Corporate Real Estate Business Unit
2, This unit comprises principal investing and lending activities within the overall China.
3, Part with the Market Manager in the direction of all business activities.
4, Work closely with underwriters and Client Managers associated with the business unit and will be responsible for the process of committing capital and portfolio/investment management.
5, Closely partner with investment Group Risk Manager and Market Manager to oversee credit, principal investment, market, operational and compliance risk.
6, Ensure timely and adequate monitoring and managing of ongoing risks (to include transaction risks, together with country/region economic, legal and political risks).
7, Maintain a satisfactory working relationship with internal auditors, Credit Risk Review and regulators.
8, Partner with Client Managers in determination and execution of relationship strategies.
